By choosing to work with Cash Digital Media, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided by us, including but not limited to digital marketing, YouTube promotions, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PR, music promotions, movie promotions, Wikipedia/IMDb services, business listings, and branding solutions.

1. Payment Terms

  • Clients are required to pay 50% of the total project cost in advance before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion of the agreed task.
  • Partial payments are not accepted unless agreed in writing.
  • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Project Timelines

  • Timelines will be mutually agreed upon during project confirmation.
  • Delays from the client (e.g., not providing required content, approvals, or access) may impact delivery dates.
  • Cash Digital Media will not be held responsible for delays caused due to client-side inaction.

3. Cancellation & Takedown Rights

  • If a client fails to make payment on time, Cash Digital Media reserves the right to suspend or cancel services without notice.
  • Delivered work (such as campaigns, press releases, or content) may be taken down in such cases.
  • The client cannot claim ownership of incomplete work if payments are pending.

4. Service Scope

  • Services will be delivered as per the agreed proposal or defined scope.
  • Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be treated as additional services and billed separately.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Reasonable revisions will be included within the agreed scope.
  • Major structural changes or repeated revisions beyond the agreed limit may attract additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all necessary details, approvals, and access on time.
  • Ensuring all submitted content is legal, original, and policy-compliant.
  • Promptly reviewing and responding to project updates.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep shared information (business details, strategies, login credentials) strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cash Digital Media will not be liable for:

  • Losses or issues caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, YouTube, Meta, Spotify, etc.).
  • Problems arising due to client mismanagement or restricted account access.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services rendered.

9. Copyright & Content Usage Policy

  • If any copyrighted image, video, or media is found on our website, social media, or marketing materials, and you are the rightful owner, you may request removal by emailing us at info@cashdigitalmedia.com.
  • We respect copyright laws and act promptly to remove such material upon verification.
  • However, Cash Digital Media does not pay compensation or settlement fees for any alleged copyright infringement.
  • Our organization’s earnings are entirely invested in social welfare work, including temple services, supporting poor communities, schools, and other humanitarian activities.
  • Any copyright issue will be resolved through content removal only, not through monetary settlements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Rajasthan courts.
